J) I paid for my ad, but it is not live on the site. What should I do?
When placing a paid ad, it is extrememly important to follow the process all the way through. For payment, the system takes you out of LionConnection and into PayPal. After payment, it will send you back to a LionConnection verification page. If you do not make it all the way to the verification page with your ad #, you will be charged for the transaction, but your ad will not be live. If you did pay for your ad, but for some reason you encounter a problem, please email us at info@lionconnection.com, and we will take care of the situation. Thank you.
